How to install Cross Loop Remote Support Software.

1. Once you have clicked on the download link for Crossloop click on Run.

2. You chose english

3. It will bring up the install wizzard click next

4. On the licensing agreement screen chose the radio button I accecpt the agreement then click next

5. Uncheck the box to create a quick launch icon. Leave a check in create a desktop icon then click nex.

6. Click install

7. Chose finsh and leave the check in Launch Crossloop

8. You will need to click on the share tab. Under name it will display your computer's name. Ware you see the access code you will need to give the agent the security code so the agent can remote in and see your screen.
