We are experienced with dealing with customers and customer service is number one priority we are NON Smokers so when we come into your home we do not smell like smoke we also maintain a professional look and attitude. We strive to be the best at what we do and unlike allot of companies we do care and we do what it takes to make our customers happy.  Some issues that are not able to be completed on site we can’t take back to our shop. The nice thing about that is you do not have to unhook all those wires and drag your computer out in the cold or heat. Our turnaround time is very quick we bring your machine to you and hook it up and address any other questions or concerns that you may have we also show you what we did to fix your issue. We do not band aid issue we go to the root of the problem and fix it. we also give a One week grace period is something is not right we come back out for free on our dime to make whatever it is that is not right and we correct it. I think that what separates' us from the rest Customer service at it best.
